Andrew Fielke and the team at Creative Native Foods have partnered with GenBizTek since 2019. As one of Australia’s largest and longest-established suppliers of Australian native foods, Creative Native needed a technology partner who could support both their office systems and their growing digital presence.

Our work began with upgrading their office hardware, internet, Wi-Fi, and internal systems for day-to-day operations. From there, we extended our support into the digital space with a series of website projects that aligned with the company’s evolving needs.

In 2020, we helped Creative Native launch their first e-commerce retail store. To make this expansion possible, we built a complete product development process from the ground up. This included implementing a SKU system, creating product data sheets, ensuring QA compliance, curating images, and presenting recipes to showcase their range. We also integrated backend workflows to streamline reporting and accounting. As the business continued to grow, we redesigned and relaunched the site in 2023 with a modern, mobile-friendly design, improved functionality, and a stronger focus on customer experience.
